Who We Are

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is a not for profit organization that caters to people with intellectual or physical disabilities. The community provides its participants with positive physical and mental benefits in order to increase their social awareness, increase their physical ability, and allow them to feel a part of a community.

The RDA is dedicated to targeting individuals with physical, sensory, behavioural, and communication difficulties. This community has a large support base that includes RDA volunteers, RDA coaches, student volunteers, working together to improve the mental and physical well-being of its participants as well as improving the quality of life for all those involved.

Our horses are carefully selected, by our RDA Team.

Participants are organised into 30-minute blocks of riding and partake in trail rides, social activities, and obstacle courses. During the sessions, family and friends are welcome to watch, support, and enjoy the friendly environment.
